Our Commitments to You

We do not run advertising

NeuropathyAnswers.org carries no display advertising, no banner ads, no native advertising, and no sponsored placements. No advertiser has paid to appear on this site, and we have no plans to introduce advertising in any form.

We do not use affiliate links

None of the links on this site generate revenue for us. We do not participate in Amazon Associates, impact.com, ShareASale, or any other affiliate marketing network. When we link to a book, a device, a study, or any other resource, we do so because the link serves the reader, not because we earn a commission.

We do not publish testimonials

Individual treatment experiences — positive or negative — are not published on this site. Patient testimonials are not evidence of efficacy. Publishing them as if they were would mislead patients about what they can reasonably expect from any treatment. If a reader contacts us with their personal experience, we may use it to improve our content, but we will not publish it as a testimonial.

We do not sell your data

Your email address, subscription preferences, and any other information you share with us will never be sold, rented, or traded to any third party for any purpose. The only entity that holds your subscriber data is Beehiiv, our email service provider, which is bound by its own privacy terms and our data processing agreement.

We do not track you across the web

This site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics tool that collects no personally identifiable information, sets no cookies, and does not track individuals across sessions or across sites. We can see aggregate statistics — how many people visited a page, which country they were in, which device they used — but we cannot identify you, and we do not try to. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other behavioral tracking system.

How we treat your information

When you subscribe to one of our email tracks, your email address is passed to Beehiiv for the sole purpose of delivering the sequence you requested. We also record which page you subscribed from and which track you selected. We use this information to understand which content is reaching its intended audience; we do not use it to build a profile of you or to target you with advertising.

You can verify our no-advertising commitment by inspecting this page in your browser's developer tools and confirming the absence of any ad network scripts. You can verify our analytics tool by reviewing Plausible's open-source code or by inspecting the network requests this page makes.
